We have four regional recruiters who assist us in face-to-face interviewing (Glasgow, Dubai, Brisbane and Manchester). We have also just appointed a regional recruiter to cover Suffolk. Regional recruiters are implemented to provide face-to-face contact for all applicants being submitted to Compass Group. We also utilise Skype interviewing for many remote and international vacancies.
